  3. Hi Amanda,

Thanks for your post. I took a look at your website and was excited to see you also cover the importance of Omega 3s such as in our free e-course. Good on you! Looks like Dr. Andrew Stoll’s research has affected you too.

  4. Thank you so much for all the articles I receive in my e-mails. They have helped me alot. I have suffered with depression several years, and right now I am not taking any medication at all.

  5. Hi! I believe I am getting better after one year of worrying, getting up during the nights many times, being soo angry, and trying too figure out why I stayed in this marriage after he was with my first cousin for a year during my marriage of 30 years and she has been married 26 years. The {edited for profanity} well I’m still trying to stay calm. A few beers help to calm me sometimes but don’t touch wine.I do look for help for depression and councelling help on the computer. I print out the info and read it again.I don’t want self pity, and I need to do this on my own. Being with other people and listening to any kind of music helps. Thats all,

  6. Mary! Wow! That’s so exciting that you are off the medication and feeling great!

    Blessings to you!

  7. Kosmir, my heart goes out to you. I commend you for pushing through and refusing self pity and refusing to isolate yourself. I urge you to be careful with the alcohol as this can push you further into a cycle of depression. Why? Alcohol suppresses your serotonin levels and serotonin are those wonderful happy chemicals in your brain! Learn more here…

Strength to you and peace as you continue your journey.

  8. Just got a comment asking how to live happier… (some how it got deleted)

    How to live happier?

I have found (and share in my report) that living happier has everything to do with how we respond to the things that happen in our life and less about what actually happens.

Living happier has to do with choices that honour our Creator, our family and loved ones and our bodies. When we properly take care of our bodies, our loved ones and the planet, our lives our happier.

Simplicity is the key. Making life complicated with useless habits, useless words, useless material possessions simply brings confusion and frustration to our lives. We start to forget who we are and why we are here on this earth. For more info on this subject, request my free e-course. It offers great encouragement and a help in getting back to the basics of our lives.

    Blessings!
