Depression Diet Proven

A recent study has AGAIN revealed that there is a depression diet. As I’ve stated many times before, a healthy diet high in certain vitamins, minerals and monosaturated fatty acids has been found to beat depression. A recent study in the October issue of the Archives of General Psychiatry again revealed that those who followed the Mediterranean diet – one associated with heavy fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, fish and moderate alcohol use – had a more than 30 percent reduction in the risk of depression than those who did not closely follow the diet.
