Nope… been off of any meds for 6 months now… feeling better every day. Everything was terrible when I was on them. I basically had existential depression at age 24 when I accomplished all of my worldly goals and realized that life was suddenly appearing purposeless and hopeless…. it was our loving God that delivered me from the depression through a new and personal relationship with His son, Jesus Christ. Everything in the Bible suddenly made sense to me. Everyday is filled with purpose, hope, love, and faith. I am now stronger and more capable than ever, but it is not my strength that keeps me going, it’s His. Hope this helps! Blessings, Pierce
I am currently med free. I have not taken any meds for over a year now. When I was on medication I was taking 2 different kinds. They did help but I got to where I felt nothing, I would rather feel something — than to just not care about anything so I quit taking them. Some days I feel that maybe I need them back but then I have a long talk with myself and God and things get better.
I was on Wellbutrin and Prozac until using your techniques. I increased my Omega 3 intake and purchased a GoLite. I haven’t used the GoLite much as we’ve had quite a bit of sun for the Seattle area lately, but I think the Omega 3 has really improved my mood. I haven’t felt so good for so many consecutive days in 20 years. I’ve also increased my exercise amount and intensity. I keep waiting to feel bad and I just haven’t in over two weeks. Hopefully I’ll continue to feel good. Thank you for your website and your incredible tips!!!
Hooray for your stories! They bring tears to my eyes! I’m so excited to hear that our website tips are helping others! I’m just going to go do a little jumping up and down for you guys…
